Himalayan Black

1050 Ft

A brew of real, high quality tea containing live culture, symbiotic yeast and bacterial strains, i.e. scoby. The current form of tea is created by fermentation, without intervention and without preservatives. There is life in the can, so sediment may be present – it is completely natural and can be shaken to taste.

Our black teas come from the hills of the Himalayas, from a tea garden at an altitude of 1600-1800 metres – we work with them with the respect they deserve. The interplay of natural processes has resulted in a low-calorie, alcohol-free drink that shows the best of the raw material. It can be served chilled or on the rocks.

Flavour notes we think: black tea, honey, earthy notes, dried apricots, moderate sweetness and bubbles, with pleasant acidity, real depths in a refreshing drink.
